Processing Times
• Personalized Items: These are made with extra care and attention. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
• Non-Personalized Items: Orders that do not require customization will be processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.

Note: Processing time includes design approval, printing, and packaging. It does not include shipping time.

Shipping & Tracking
• All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.
• Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, they may ship separately.
